Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK with no minimum order value. All bandsaw blades are made to order and cut to your exact specification before being carefully packaged and dispatched.

UK-Only Sales and Delivery

We only accept and fulfil orders for delivery within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.

For orders to be delivered to Northern Ireland: we are able to fulfil orders placed by private individuals for personal, non-business use. We are currently unable to fulfil orders to Northern Ireland where the goods are being purchased by, or on behalf of, a business, company, sole trader or other commercial entity, due to additional customs requirements that apply to business-to-business movements of goods into Northern Ireland. If you are ordering as a business and need delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us directly before placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order that does not meet these delivery criteria.

Dispatch Times

All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 business days of the purchase date. On occasions where we are awaiting delivery of raw blade material from our suppliers, dispatch may take up to 4 business days. We will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and will contact you if there is likely to be any significant delay.

Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. SawMaster LTD (trading as bandsawbladesstore.co.uk) cannot be held liable for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the order.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are determined by the courier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or any other circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns

As all of our bandsaw blades are made to order to your exact specification, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for blades ordered with incorrect sizes, widths, tooth pitches, or blade types. Please carefully check your measurements and specifications before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your blade arrives with a manufacturing defect, or if we have made an error with your order, please contact us at sawmasteruk@hotmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the faulty item to be returned to us and, once received and inspected, we will issue a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.

Return postage costs will be covered by SawMaster LTD in cases where the return is due to a fault on our part or a manufacturing defect. Customers are responsible for return postage costs in all other circumstances.

Warranty

All bandsaw blades supplied by SawMaster LTD carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use, improper machine setup, or use of the blade outside of its intended application.
