About Us

Bandsaw Blades Store is a family-run business based in Redditch, Worcestershire. We have been manufacturing bandsaw blades since 1985, originally trading as Economy Saw Services Ltd., producing both circular and bandsaw blades for trade customers across the UK. Over time we focused exclusively on bandsaw blades to match where demand was growing, and in 2019 we established SawMaster LTD to handle online sales under the Bandsaw Blades Store name.

We supply carbon steel, bimetal M42, bimetal M51, meat & fish, and band knife blades — all cut to your exact specification and dispatched with free UK delivery. Whether you need a single replacement blade or a bulk order for production, we cut every blade fresh to your measurements.

How We Make Our Blades

We source all our blade material directly from UK and US suppliers to ensure consistent quality. Each blade is cut to length using specialist tooling and then welded, producing a finished loop blade with a clean, accurate weld. Before packing, every blade goes through a quality check — we inspect the weld, the tooth profile, and the overall dimensions before it leaves our workshop.

What We Supply

Our range covers five blade materials suited to different cutting applications: carbon steel blades for wood, plastics and soft materials; bimetal M42 blades for steel, stainless and non-ferrous metals; bimetal M51 blades for hardened steels and exotic alloys; meat & fish blades for food-industry use; and band knife blades for foam, rubber and cork. All are available cut to any length within our standard range — just enter your measurement and we'll make it to order.
